You retain ownership of all Content you provide to the Service. By using Zack AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content

Content generated by Zack AI on your behalf (text, images, videos, audio, documents) is owned by you, the Client, subject to any limitations imposed by the underlying AI models or third-party services used in generation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Content complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

Our Platform

The Zack AI platform, including its code, design, branding, Admin UI, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Ignite Systems Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

White-Label Clients

Enterprise clients with a written white-label agreement may rebrand the Admin UI and client-facing elements as specified in their agreement. The underlying platform technology remains the property of Ignite Systems Ltd.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.
